Emergency Appointment
I had a very difficult time caused by damaged wisdom tooth. I was really worried and anxious about my wisdom tooth extraction, since I was told that it would be a difficult surgery. Emily put me at ease when I arrived for my appointment despite my anxiety. Emily explained the entire procedure and calmed me down with her friendly approach. I had a great experience overall, visiting Cefn Coed Dental Practice for the first time.

I've never been the best dental patient, low pain threshold etc but I can honestly say, reception, dental nurses and dentist I have had contact with, are all professional and friendly, putting you at your ease. Yes I would recommend this dentist.

So caring
Needed a filling unfortunately today, i have a phobia of dentists since i was very young. But, as I've come to expect from all the staff in Cefn Coed, they put me at ease, do a thorough job, tell me what's happening at each stage and are so caring, as they know I'm so nervous.

Professional and helpful
Staff very helpful and courteous. Mr Fealey professional and friendly, made me feel at ease as always a little anxious in a dentists chair. Appointment texts to remind me of time and date really good and well needed.

Ethan & team are always friendly and very professional. I always have a full description of procedure that will be undertaken , putting me at complete ease. I am no longer nervous going to the dentist, my teeth are also in the best condition, thanks to the recommendation from the team.

Amazing!
My experience overall was amazing- all staff at Cefn Coed are so so lovely- especially Sian who has seen to me for my two lower wisdom teeth extractions. Sian made me feel so at ease and comfortable in her presence, I went in full of anxiety and super nervous but that soon eased once I was in the chair with her caring and calming nature. Thank you all.

Always a great welcome by Sian and her dental nurse. Then a thorough check of my teeth and gums. Sian always asks if I’ve had any problems since my last visit. I always feel at ease when entering the room.
