Excellent service
I had an appointment for a check up at 16.30 but I finished work early so I phoned the practice to see if I could get an earlier appointment! Phoned and was answered very quickly, I explained what I was after, the receptionist said that she would check to see if there was anything available, messaged me back within 5 minutes of my phone call to say that there was one at 14.00! Excellent service and communication.

I visited the Sian today for my initial consultation regarding Icon treatment and to purchase some additional whitening. Sian provided excellent explanations of the procedure and scheduled my treatment for a few weeks from now. I'm eager to witness the outcome & was made to feel totally at ease! Fantastic experience.

Excellent service provided by Cefn Dental Practice and Emily Jones. Rang Dentist yesterday to make an appointment, was offered an appointment and requested if a cancellation came up could I slot in sooner. I received a phone call advising of a cancellation and attended today. Excellent service provided. Thank you Cefn Dental Practice.

Tooth out
Make a nerve racking experience far more comfortable, everything explained with patience. Made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. The nurse was also very caring and constantly asking if I was ok. They are a credit to the practice.

New dentist for me
I have been a patient at the practice for a number of years. Unfortunately, I was unable to see my regular dentist, David. An appointment was made for me to see Sian. I was scared as I am not a lover of the dentist.
Wow, she was absolutely lovely. She talked to me throughout my visit and reassured me continually, and made feel calm and relaxed. Would highly recommend her and this dental practice!
