Excellent

The staff are always very welcoming. Reception is very professional. The waiting times are minimal. The practice is always very clean. I moved to Merthyr during covid and was nervous signing up to a new practice after being in the same dental practice in Ebbw Vale, but the team and service here is EXCELLENT this was not in your drop box to pick on very good. Thank You.

Courteous, gentle

They didnt remind me how bad my teeth and gums were, which most dentists in the past have and it becomes annoying. I have a bad dental history which has ruined my teeth over the years and so my visit to the practice was very refreshing. They were very professional, courteous, and gentle.
The manner in which they conducted themselves (dentist and dental assistant) was of a very high standard indeed.

As always Judith goes above and beyond to help you in an emergency, couldn’t wish for a better receptionist. David is my dentist, he’s absolutely brilliant, explained everything, really puts you at ease.
