The warmth of welcome at Reception, a trait that is certainly seamlessly continued in theatre by both the Dentist, and Nurse by genuine personal interest that they appear to have for the patient. When coupled with the clarity and assurance of the procedure to be carried out, and supported by their all important and obviously honed wide ranging practical skill sets, it turns what has for so long been a dread into a relatively pleasant experience.

Make me feel at ease

The girls who look after me (Sian and her assistant) are always chatty, reassuring and always explain everything. They make me feel at ease and that’s not easy for me at the dentist.
