We are a bit disappointed with your feedback particularly as we feel that following a period of time where you did not follow the treatment plan prescribed for you, we have done our best to help get you back on track. We discussed your treatment with you and we agreed to re-commence with the free enhancement of Virtual Monitoring so we could closely monitor your progress to encourage you to continue your orthodontic journey. The Virtual Monitoring notes and images are added to your patient record and reviewed by the specialist constantly. If everything appears to be on track then you continue the treatment plan discussed until your next visit. If we identify a problem or have a concern, we call you to advise a change of aligner routine or a revision to your treatment plan or next appointment.
We would add that we are unable to offer this to every patient as it is time-consuming and costly but we felt you needed and would benefit from this additional support.
We can see since the Virtual Monitoring commenced that you have been making excellent progress and we are heading towards the end of your treatment. We can also see from our records that our team have been in touch with you throughout so it is disappointing to hear that you feel you have had no help.
