We are really sorry to hear you had a bad experience at Teethinline with your appointment arrangements.
We can see that you changed your original appointment and then we had to re-schedule it again due to clinical staff shortages. It would seem that there was confusion about where and when it was re-scheduled to and we are really for this. We can see from notes that another appointment was booked and that you did get to see someone so hopefully everything is ok for you now but if you need further help, please do not hesitate to get back in touch. email [email protected]
