Thanks for your feedback - We are sorry if you feel there is a longer than normal gap between appointments. We are in the midst of peak summer holidays for our clinical team throughout July & August and this presents slight delays to appointment availability. We do offer the soonest available appointment for specific treatment needs and ensure our clinicians are aware of any patient concerns. We do strongly recommend you keep in touch to see if any cancellations become available too.

Excellent service. Rang the practice yesterday morning to request an urgent appointment as the wire on the bracket had come away. I got an appointment for that afternoon. That's what I call excellent service. Many thanks again.
