My daughter was so happy and loved how friendly the staff are, she was made feel totally comfortable and at ease as soon as we walked in.

Orthodontic treatment

My child did not want to go ahead with ortho treatment and would not attend his 1st appointment. Kate kindly rebooked for another appointment and sat with my son and explained the procedure. Now my child is happy to go ahead with it.

Fixed brace

My daughter had her fixed brace fitted top and bottom. The Orthodontist explained the procedure thoroughly and demonstrated the best way to maintain brushing. Very friendly and welcoming and lovely when the receptionist recognises you and remembers siblings who have had treatment prior.

Very light hearted atmosphere

Mark and staff are always welcoming, I am told what is going to happen on that particular day so clearly informed, they don't make me feel uncomfortable or nervous but quite the opposite. Very light hearted atmosphere and cheerful! What more can I say but thank you all so very much.
