Very helpful, reassuring and the dentists give their own advice which is very comforting. They help a lot if you don't understand something and are always happy to explain something.

Teeth in Line

When I first started my treatment I was told to have an appointment every 6 weeks and now when I go to book an appointment the earliest I can book is 10 weeks after my most recent appointment. I know you\'re trying to help more people but being told one thing at the start and then not being able to book an appointment with the information you were originally told is a little bit ridiculous!

Real engagement with treatment plan

Good customer engagement from the lead orthodontist. Nice to have a bit of a rethink of the treatment plan in the light of results to date, rather than necessarily ploughing on regardless. Thank you. A much better experience this time.
