My appt was at 12.10 but I saw the Specialist at 12.32pm! My mum had a meeting at work at 1pm and she had to ask the Receptionist to let the Specialist know that she was in a hurry and was really getting worried about being late at the meeting, it was not busy only one other patient was waiting so we wondered why we had to wait for so long! Specialist apologised for the wait! Due to this I did not have a good experience this time as keeping time is crucial in meeting patients' expectations. I hope this improves, thank you.

We completely understand that running our clinic to time is very important and that running late has an impact on patients waiting. We appreciate that everyone has other commitments so we want to reassure that it is important to us too and we do strive to achieve this, Sometimes clinic times are impacted by un-planned emergencies which are beyond or control but please be assured we do our best to keep things on time.

My son went to collect his retainers & they weren't ready. So he had a wasted 10 mile journey. So now has to drive back next week for them
