Teeth In Line are a very professional company. My son was fitted with braces two years ago and he has been very well looked after. Dr Mark Tobin leads by example. The team are helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend Teeth in Line. Our sincere thanks.

Thank you for your feedback - we are sorry if we kept you waiting longer than expected at your appointment. We do try to keep to time as we appreciate that everyone is busy and may have other commitments too. Sometimes appointments are impacted by un-planned emergencies that arise on the day or sometimes by other patients arriving a little late for their appointment. We normally allow a 10 minute reprieve if you do run late but after this we would re-schedule so that other patients are not affected excessively. We do try our best to keep on time and really don;t like to run late. We apologise for any delays that happened for you.

NHS dental fees are published online https://www.nhs.uk/NHSEngland/AboutNHSservices/dentists/Pages/nhs-dental-charges.aspx - these are fixed by NHS England so not something we have any control over.
If you are a private patient and we diagnose or recommend dental treatment for you, we do provide you with a personal treatment plan which sets out the fee applicable to the treatment we have advised. If this was not the case for you please do get in touch so we can investigate further.

I can't fault the service
The specialist orthodontist was very nice and explained the procedure to my son and myself. She then had to take my son's moulds. She made him feel relaxed and even when he was gagging, she reassured him not to panic. I can't fault the service we have received so far.
