Told dentist replaced wires too long top and bottom. Only cut top one and bent?? bottom one whilst there. Had to return to get bottom wire cut!

Your team are so extremely friendly and engaged and genuinely care about my son's treatment. Your efficiency is outstanding. It is a great practice to at tend and I commend the amazing service you provide. We have come to expect second class treatment as NHS patients and yet in your practice it is better than private practice- outstanding.

I was a little disappointed on this visit because my appointment was moved to an earlier time than previously confirmed but no notification or message was sent to me to inform me of thus change, it was only after my mum didn’t receive the usual reminder text a day before the appointment that she decided to phone reception who told her that the appointment was brought forward from 3.05 pm to 2pm. My mum had to rearrange her diary, call my school to let me out earlier and forfeit her lunch break in order to collect me from school. This is the 2nd time it has happened and although we eventually had our appointment, it made the whole experience very frustrating an d stressful! I love Teeth in line and I hope this is looked into in order to maintain a high standard of patients’ service I normally receive, i hope this feedback will improve more the already embedded processes, thank you .

Rather oddly, the orthodontist seemed reluctant to explain exactly what she was doing this time. She said “no new elastics todayâ€, and because this is the first time we’ve experienced this we asked what, then, she would be doing today. “Just closing the gap†was the reply. We had no idea what this meant, so we asked again. “AS I’VE JUST TOLD YOU, I’m closing the gap†was her slightly tetchy reply. We still had no idea what this meant, but didn’t like to ask again, so we left without any real idea of what was actually done. Would appreciate a call to be brought up to date please. Thanks.
