All the staff are invariably absolutely lovely

All the staff are invariably absolutely lovely. The dentist we had this time, Mr Tobin, was so polite to our daughter - introducing himself and explaining every step of the way exactly what he was going to do before each step. She feels totally comfortable going in by herself while I wait in the waiting room. They also always run on time, unlike our regular dentist!

Kind and friendly service

My daughter was very nervous about having her braces fitted and the kind and friendly service she received from everyone from the reception staff to the dental professionals made the experience as calm and reassuring as it could possibly be. She is loving her braces and looking forward to her new smile.
