Punctuality, professionalism and everything was fully explained in an understandable way.

Until now we are happy with the service, although we still did not begin the treatment.

The Orthodontist who looked after me on my appt was most pleasant (I think her name was Abbie) and she even remembered she looked after my daughter when she had braces. I felt happy having her for my appt.

Mark, Vicky, Debbie and the team at teeth in line have been amazing! There are professional, knowledgeable and always put me at ease throughout my 18 month treatment. There was lots of laughter too!

The appointments start at the time they are meant it. It is quick and easy. The staff and friendly and make you feel at ease throughout your time there. Lovely facility with modern design. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were polite and answered our queries. The appointment ran on time. Practice appeared clean and modern. Waiting list has been very long for us to get this appointment. There is Air Conditioning only in certain rooms, but not all. The wearing of masks even in this health care setting seems weird, defies logic and goes against the science. Many staff wore masks while few others had it below their mouth. What is the point of this half hearted approach? Overall good experience but still not normal.

Atmosphere changed, seemed sad, resigned and muted. Customer coming out ripped off her mask and her child’s and warned us it’s ‘ mask mad in there’! And eye rolled. It was odd!

Inside- none of the usual smiles/ expressions, but staff try! feels like the odd days of Spring 2020. masks proven useless against anything increasing bacterial infection risk and reduces O2 uptake! So sad.

A friend is a cardiologist/ surgeon, says in surgery masks only to stop sweat, blood, fluids when operating. Oxygen is pumped into theatres to counter loss of O2 and high CO2. Multiple studies show masks do not work for viruses, etc and cause bacterial infections with unhygienic damp masks from breath trapping germs. Multiple studies finding micro plastics/fibers in lungs/ respiratory system from masks/environment. I have 2 science degrees and medics in family, saddened by loss of sense/scientific research vs misguided outdated policy - medics following it without question too dragging us back. We are adults and need to lead the way for children, many traumatized by masks and zombie fearful parents ( I’m a magistrate/ governor in 2 schools and a trained holistic nutritionist) and see the impact in schools and in family court.

Many of your clients are informed so offer masks/sanitizer but don’t sulk or get stroppy if people do not want to act along or know it’s a performance.

The family coming out when I went in were clearly unhappy with masking orders. In 2020 we didn’t know anyone with Covid, now people get it all the time like colds/flu-and are fine… not the plague we were told. covid/flu is not forment, so we knew in summer 2020 hand sanitizer was useless. Bottom line feel sorry for the lovely staff with germy masks on faces, (hands touch masks all the time) less O2 uptake, breathing fibers all day…...
