Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration as you have been cancelled on 2 occasions in the last 6 months. We would reassure you we try very hard not to cancel and will only do this when it is completely unavoidable, ie staff sickness. We fully appreciate the inconvenience this causes for patients/parents . Unfortunately because we plan appointments 12-16 weeks ahead sometimes it is unavoidable. However we would try our best to find a convenient time to re-organise to if we can. Thanks again for your feedback.

My experience has been good so far seeing as my teeth have gone way better than they were before, my elastics help me keep me close my mouth properly without my front teeth sticking out.

Orthodontist explained everything

It was a second appointment and the lady orthodontist explained everything to my daughter in detail. She was very lovely and put her at ease. Everyone was helpful and polite.

Teeth in Line - Milton Keynes

'J' started treatment in Sep 2016 and appointments have gone smoothly until last week.
We arrived early and waited to be called and before seeing the dentist were asked to speak to reception. They made another appointment for 1st Nov... it then transpired that we need to see a specialist who only works at the beginning of the week; the appointment made for us for 8 Sep (a Friday) was an error and 'J' would not be seen. We drove a 50 mile round trip, taking time out of the school and work day, for nothing and now have to wait another 8 weeks for the appointment, delaying, 'J''s treatment plan! Not impressed at all. Under the circumstances it would have been nice to be squeezed in very soon as the error was on the part of the practice.
