Staff are friendly

Staff are friendly - Dentist didn't explain why we wouldn't be covered she was matter of fact - so I'm none the wiser. An explanation would have been very welcome!

Experience good when at the venue but getting appointments at convenient times is difficult. Long waiting time up to 9 weeks for appointments.

Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you have struggled with appointment availability.
Orthodontic appointments are normally prescribed between 6-10 weeks apart, depending on the treatment plan. We can normally accommodate these regular appointments although it is always a struggle over the summer months when patients and most of our clinicians take holidays. In addition to this, the demand for after school appointments is far greater than appointment availability given we see so many school aged children.
However please be assured we do our best to accommodate requests where we can and do suggest patients book 2 appointments ahead where possible to ensure they get more convenient days/times.

The staff are very friendly. Everything is explained well and no pressure exerted to have braces unless you are happy to do so.
