The dentist was very good

The dentist was very good, cared about my comfort and wanted to do a really good job. It didn't feel rushed and I felt valued. I will definitely come back and thought it was good value considering how long it took.

My sons teeth have a gap in the top so need further corrective bracing and the lower teeth where the initial problem was have slightly pinged back. Next appointment is not until October. As braces came off in spring -seems a long time.

It is really important to follow the instructions we give for aftercare and retention as this is the only guaranteed way to ensure that the teeth do not relapse when the braces are removed. It was definitely fast, that was great! I do think Dr. Ian can be a bit more pleasant. He gave great advice for my hygiene techniques going forward.

Thanks for your feedback which we value and appreciate - It's not always easy to give Oral Hygiene advice but it is so important as it can be the difference to keeping your braces on or having to have them removed and ending treatment early if you can't look after them properly as there is a serious risk or permanent damage occurring to your teeth and gums.
We are sorry if Ian may have come across a bit harsh - we will share your feedback with him so that he is aware and can perhaps temper what he says and how he says it in future.

Child friendly

Great practice, expensive treatment but very worth it. Mark Tobin is great and very funny, great with my boys too when I need treatment as they are child friendly.
