Thank you for reviewing your recent visit to Teethinline Orthodontics. We would very much like to respond to your review - as your review is anonymous, we are only able to respond in general terms but hope this helps clarify things for you and other people coming to see us:
The first orthodontic assessment or a review (NHS) will usually take no more than 10 minutes for us to gain all the information required to determine if orthodontic treatment is appropriate and to assess whether NHS will fund the treatment. Actual treatment appointments range between 10-45 minutes, depending on what the patient is having done.
We do try to be as efficient as possible given how many patients we have coming to see us every day and with our many years of experience and good routines in place, we think we manage to achieve this well.
As our waiting areas are still under limited access in accordance with Public Health England guidance, we are not sure why it was so busy when you visited. We only allow patient entry at the time of their appointment although we do wonder if your visit was during school holidays in which case we may have had more family visits at that time.
