Such an amazing experience

Extremely welcoming, friendly environment and lovely staff, I had no trouble while getting my treatment and I couldn't of asked for a better person to treat me, such an amazing experience.

Helpful and accommodating

I have found the reception staff nothing but helpful and accommodating even when I've had to reschedule appointments due to work. I had to phone for a emergency appointment they offered an appointment within an hour, I couldn't make it due to distance I had to travel to get him. They offered a afternoon appointment. I took that one. When there was a cancellation they phoned me and brought it forward which was just brill as he was in pain.

Running late but kept us updated. Knew my son as he walked in to reception, gave positive and helpful feedback on how well he was doing with his retainers.
