The team on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, I felt the Orthodontist's manner was somewhat brusque. She came across as harried, in a rush and unfriendly. She did nothing to put my 10 year old daughter, who was nervous, at ease, didn't explain anything she was doing to my daughter and was generally rather abrupt with us. We felt like patient numbers to be got through rather than human beings!
