Absolutely fantastic services so far. Lovely clean environment staff extremely pleasant, the dentist we saw was very friendly and humorous and put us at ease. We are looking forward to returning.

We have done the first appointment, the staff is nice and professional. However we have to wait for another 2 years to get the 2nd appointment for proper treatment, which is annoying.

We are delighted to hear you found our staff professional and we do appreciate your concerns about NHS waiting times.
However it is important to understand that NHS funding for orthodontic treatment is limited and demand in the local area by far exceeds the funding we have been allocated.
Whilst we utilise all our NHS funding on starting patient treatments, it will sadly only go so far and this is what causes the NHS waiting list.
Rest assured that we are doing our best to reduce the NHS waiting list and hope to get you started in under 2 years if possible.
