My experience
The lady was clearly rushing and was quite rough with my daughter, this is the only time we’ve experienced this at your practice, every other time the people have been very gentle and taken their time. Disappointed.

Appointment duration can vary as some of our team may work faster or slower than each other. However, we would never want a patient to feel their treatment has been rushed or that there was a lack of care and empathy. We pride ourselves on making sure the patient experience is a good one so it is very disappointing that we did not achieve this for you.. My experience
Clean, professional clinic, but long waiting list to get appointment and what we went for specifically, the equipment was broken but they didn’t inform us of this despite an engineer having already attended the practice so was a wasted journey and now have to wait an additional 3 months for another appointment.

My experience
The orthodontist that saw my son was very direct and left my teenage son feeling embarrassed and upset. She really needs to work on her customer facing communication, especially with children. It was not appreciated.
