Well run and appointments were on time

I only had chat about treatment. Lady was nice with no pressure. My girls both had initial appointment before being transferred to hospital orthodontist. Again it was well run and appointments were on time.

I felt the consultation was rushed and the answers to my questions weren't able to be answered. I will chat through feedback also with my dentist and try and work out another solution

Even though I explained my daughter could not get out of school as she has to get five different teacher signatures they insisted on giving me an appointment for school time and said I could cancel nearer the time....that is not a company that puts customers needs first do I walked away with my money

We are disappointed to hear you were dissatisfied with our service as customer satisfaction is very important to us.
However it is important to highlight that we do see a lot of school aged children at the practices and even though we do our best, it is impossible to accommodate every parents request for out of school appointments. If we have availability outside of school times we are more than happy to offer this but clearly we could not meet this need for every school age child.
We are sorry you were disappointed but hope you managed to find another orthodontic provider who can meet your needs for regular appointments outside of school times.

The dentist told my 15 year old that if she put a brace on her bottom teeth they would have to brake her jaw afterwards. I chose to take here somewhere else. She had braces too & bottom & a year down the line she has two rows of beautifully straight teeth. Would NEVER recommend your practice & informed my dental surgery as to why.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that our specialist opinion appears to have caused offense.
Our Specialist believed that in the circumstances presented, just straightening the teeth would not be sufficient - a better option would be to correct the bite and lower jaw. We appreciate that this was not an option you wanted to consider.
However we are happy to hear that your daughter is very happy with the result that has been achieved by your chosen orthodontic provider.
