Lovely experience

Lovely experience. Reception staff were very welcoming. The Dentist and Nurse were friendly, caring and professional and the treatment was excellent . I would highly recommend the practice .

The orthodontist expected me to no everything. Didnt give me time to answer questions. Was very fast . Like in and out. Also waiting list 24 months. Too long. I need braces now

Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you felt we didn't explain things thoroughly to you.
Your first appointment with Teethinline is a check to see if you really need orthodontic treatment and also to validate whether you qualify for NHS funded treatment. At this appointment we would not discuss what type of treatment as this all happens when you and we are ready to progress.

We do have an NHS waiting list of approximately 24 months due to NHS funding limitations. However please be assured that if your treatment need was critically urgent or had traumatic medical implications, we would prioritise this as appropriate.

We also offer a range of self-funded options for those who do not meet NHS criteria or who want to progress sooner than NHS funding will allow. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss further.

Staff are friendly and efficient

Staff are friendly and efficient. We appreciate being able to book appointments every 6-8 weeks without any problems, unlike somewhere else I have also used for another child.
