Fantastic service
My daughter had her braces fitted today. The orthodontic therapist was really kind and clear, making sure she felt comfortable throughout. The whole team have ensured we know what's happening and when. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent care
Dentist, nurse and receptionists all polite, friendly, professional and helpful. Treatment is done with great care and each patient given consideration as an individual. Teeth in Line - Milton Keynes - Rude reception and bizzare appointment times
They give appointments out for exactly the time they open for the morning and after lunch. Most consciencious patients like to arrive 5-10 minutes before an appointment to register at reception and go to the toilet if needed (particularly as I've heard someone being told off for being late before). You end up waiting at the door until the time of your appointment and then an angry receptionist is rude presumably because you interupted their breakfast or lunch by trying to be in the building for the actual time of your appointment. There are stroppy notices on the door. If you don't want people to try to arrive on time for their appointment and interupt your break time then you need to start the appointments 10 minutes after you open or open 10 minutes earlier. Our treatment is NHS but our other child might not qualify for NHS so might choose to go privately. We wouldn't chose to pay to go somewhere where you are treated rudely.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your recent visit to Teethinline. Our opening times (8:30am - 1pm and 2pm - 5:30pm) are clearly communicated to all our patients. Whilst we appreciate that some patients do occasionally arrive earlier, and if we have staff available and it is safe and practical for us to do so, we will allow slightly earlier entry to the premises. However we can only accommodate patients a few minutes before our official opening times as we have very limited space with the practices which we utilise for our team during non-open times. Our team are also busy preparing reception & surgeries for patients as we want to be organised and ready for you as soon as the practice opens.
We do hope you understand and can appreciate that practice accessibility is limited to the communicated opening times. We are sorry if this does not meet your expectations but we feel it is important to look after our team as well as we look after our patients and ensure we protect time for the team to have lunch and re-gather for what are always very busy patient clinics.
We do appreciate your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to explain our reasons for not being accessible outside of our Normal Opening Times.

My 12-year-old had an initial orthodontic consultation here and overall it was a very positive experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, which really helped put my child at ease. The orthodontist was patient and took the time to explain everything clearly to both of us, including the treatment options and what to expect moving forward.
We were also pleased that the waiting time on the day was minimal — we were actually called in a few minutes before our appointment time.
The only downside is the length of time involved. We waited from October 2023 for this initial assessment, and were then told it could be a further 22–24 months before treatment begins. While we were advised that going private would mean being seen much sooner, unfortunately this isn’t something we can afford

Unfortunately there is a long wait for NHS Funded Orthodontic Treatment due to the fact that like many NHS services, we are allocated a limited amount of NHS funding in the Financial Year which restricts the number of NHS patients we can treat. We appreciate this can be frustrating for patients and parents but unfortunately it is something that is beyond our control. However we would reassure you that we are working as hard as we can to see patients as soon as funding allows and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Excellent experience
I had several consultations for braces before deciding to go ahead with treatment at Teeth In line Oldbrook. The consultations with Dr Tobin were incredibly thorough and he made me feel that I was in very safe hands. He discussed the options ensuring I was fully aware of the process and that expectations were realistic for each option.
The treatment coordinators have been incredibly helpful, reassuring me when I have raised queries.
I am two months into my treatment journey and I am absolutely delighted that I chose Teeth Inline Oldbrook to help me get my teeth straighter!
Would completely recommend.
