Very friendly and welcoming ladies at reception, engaging my daughter who was slightly nervous, and putting her at ease. The actual appointment was only a few minutes, full explanation given, questions answered and next steps explained.

The service was great but was very poor to tell me that NHS doesn't have the money to treat my child. You can do it privately, we have a long waiting lis t. If I had the money I wouldn\'t go to NHS.

Unfortunately it is a fact that NHS England provide limited funding for NHS Orthodontic Treatment and we are currently focusing all our NHS funding on our NHS treatment waiting list. Given that the wait for NHS orthodontic treatment is approximately 24 months here at Teethinline, we like to ensure all our patients are given all the options available to them so that they can make informed decisions.

Thoroughly enjoy going

The staff members are always polite and approachable. Waiting time is never longer than 10 minutes. Appointments are quick and easy and I thoroughly enjoy going to Teeth in Line for my check ups.

Thanks for your feedback - We are really sorry to hear you have been in pain.
When we put braces on some people do experience more discomfort or problems than others - However rest assured we are on hand to resolve this normally on the day or within 24 hours of being notified (except weekends).
We are also sorry if we kept you waiting too. We do try hard to keep to our planned appointment schedule but sometimes unplanned things happen on the day and this can cause delays for other patients.
