Everything was explained
All the staff at Teeth in Line, Oldbrook Milton Keynes are so nice. Everything was explained to me and I felt that I was part of the team. They made me feel relaxed. Well done Teeth in Line guys.

Dentists only available for limited times in week made it hard to find suitable time for appointment to fit in with having time off school and parents wo rk schedule.

Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry if we were unable to find a suitable appointment time for you.
We can usually find mutually convenient appointments but we do see lots of school age children and working adults so it is quite difficult to accommodate everyone's needs for after school and outside of work, especially at short notice.
Sorry we couldn't help on this occasion.

Lovely, friendly, approachable and professional
Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were lovely, friendly, approachable and professional. The dentist was thorough and caring and spent the time to explain everything thoroughly to my 10 year old, so that he was comfortable and totally at ease.

My daughter came out very relaxed and happy
My 11 year old daughter is due to have braces, needed a x-ray so I couldn't go in with her. She has impressions and an x-ray on her own. She came out very relaxed and happy. I was very impressed. Thank you :-)

Brilliant practice
Never kept waiting more than a few minutes. Taken through, staff wonderful, explain treatment plans. Reception staff are efficient, friendly and chatty, don't just feel like any old patient, kind and warm.
