All the staff were extremely friendly and professional, explained everything that they were doing and why. They put my son at ease after he had seen his older brother have a bad experience at another orthodontist. Thank you.

Very friendly staff and didn't have to wait long before being seen. 'H' gets anxious when seeing doctors or dentists yet she was put at ease from the moment we got there.

Receptionists were very friendly. My daughter was quite upset by the manner of the person who fitted her brace (as was I). It is possible to give firm gu idance about the importance of good teeth brushing and brace care without being rude and insulting. Not a very positive experience.
