Welcoming, helpful
On each appointment felt very comfortable and at ease simply because the staff where all welcoming, helpful and during the actual appointment I was well informed of the process taking place. The whole experience was very worthwhile as my teeth look and feel so much better. Thank you.

My experience with teeth inline from day 1 has been good, always treated with courtesy, politeness and explained clearly of what was, happening each visit. I have no complaints but admiration for Mark Toblin and his team.

We are always kept waiting and go in to see the orthodontist at least 10-15 mins after our given appointment time. I'm sure if we turned up even 5 mins l ate for an appointment we\'d be asked to rebook. Really disappointing that appointments don\'t run to time, it\'s never just a one off.

We are disappointed to hear that you feel you are always kept waiting.
We are sure you can appreciate that sometimes unplanned things do interrupt the day which can affect appointments ie. patients with emergency problems .
Whilst this may affect our ability to keep to time with your appointments occasionally we sincerely hope this doesn't happen at every visit you make to us..
We value your feedback and will stress to our team the importance of doing their best to keep to appointment times to prevent any inconvenience to patients waiting.
However I would stress that we value the patient experience and take our duty of care seriously, hence ensuring we try to give to everyone we see the right amount of time for their needs without impacting on our clinic running is a difficult task but one we strive to achieve.

It was good. I was initially slightly worried due to stories I had heard regarding orthodontic treatment but the smiling and friendly nature of all the staff made me feel less anxious and more secure. The fact that my teeth even moved at all is amazing in itself and my experience just made me think about the sheer amount of effort that everyone must have put in for me in order to get the perfect smile. Thank you.
