My daughter was very comfortable throughout. Each step / process was clearly explained. Iain was approachable. No barriers. The Reception team are welcoming and friendly. Great to see that Wi-Fi was easily accessible. Clean area altogether. Professional people.

A little inconvenient

Staff pleasant but we had to visit two venues as X-Ray facilities at one surgery were out of order. Our appointment including travelling time between surgeries took one and a quarter hours. This was a little inconvenient.

Thanks for your feedback which we really appreciate. Unfortunately we had a problem with our x-ray equipment at the time of your appointment which resulted in it being completely out of order for a period of time. Our reception staff and clinicians were offering patients the opportunity to visit our sister practice for the radiograph on the day of their appointment or alternatively having it done at another time that may be more convenient for them. We appreciate that visiting the other practice did extend your visit that day and we apologise for this, especially as it was unplanned, however it seemed this was the most convenient for you on the day.
We are pleased to let everyone know that we have invested in super new radiography equipment at Milton Keynes which should hopefully prevent this happening in the future.
Thanks again for taking the time to provide us feedback - it's very valuable in helping us improve what we do and how we do it.

Always nice to be seen on time of the appointment.
friendly orthodontists that make my son feel at ease about his treatment.
would prefer to call a landline phone number when contacting your business which will be free from my Sky phone contract.

Friendly & professional staff. One negative is that I'm always kept waiting for my appointments - sometimes for 15 minutes & consequently feel they are rushed.
