The experience of the practice was very welcoming from reception to the orthodontist and all the staff making us feel very relaxed was very impressed with the professional way all the staff conducted themselves.

The service was running late. I was not told on arrival when we booked in at reception and had to ask when we were not seen 30 minutes after our appointment time. By the time we were seem we were 40 minutes after appointment time. I was later back to work and my daughter late back to school. The same thing happened on our previous appointment. Surely this is unacceptable?

We are really sorry to hear that you were not informed on your arrival that the clinic was running late.
Normally we know if we are running late and our reception team would inform you of this when you check in and help you decide if you want to wait or re-book.
Unfortunately our "self check-in" option does not inform patients of clinics running late.
We do try our best to keep communication flowing so that patients are informed with the help of our reception team and the nurses/clinicians so I am disappointed to hear this did not happen in your case.
I will reiterate the importance of this to all of our team to ensure we are continually communicating any delays to everyone waiting.

We are now coming to the end of my sons treatment and it's always been a pleasure coming here. The receptionists are always lovely. His appointments are always on time. Above all his teeth are going to look great!
So I would definitely recommend this dentist.
