Extremely nice and helpful
It was a brief conversation concerning whether I was eligible for fixed braces or not. Dr. Passan if I can remember if that was her name was very enthusiastic and very helpful. If I decide to proceed with braces, I would not mind if she was my doctor. The practice was well presented. I cannot have much of an opinion on the experience as I wasn't there that long but it was certainly fine. The lady that gave me information pack also was extremely nice and helpful.

Well informed
Being nervous about anything to do with teeth I felt completely at ease and very well informed of the treatments available and what would suit me. The staff are all very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend friends and family to the practice. So far a really pleasant experience, I'm looking forward to seeing the full results.

Helpful, friendly staff
Overall everything has been really good. Helpful, friendly staff no problems with appointments. Good service with everything explained well. I am still waiting to see the end result of my treatment but fingers crossed I will have straight teeth. Can't really complain about anything.

My first experience with Dr Chatta in Newport Pagnell was honestly terrible. He gave me the wrong treatment which resulted in me having to suffer with a giant tooth gap and braces in my first 2 years of university which honestly is so horrible and completely avoidable if he had read the referral letter or had a clue about kanines. That being said, when I had come back with complaints after not being allowed an implant because I had the wrong gap, in oldbrook, the treatment and service and politeness was so good. Honestly speaking, at times me and my parents had felt like taking legal action, but Mark and Kelly are so considerate and they are taking steps to rectify the situation for free so we just haven't thought about legal action in any seriousness. The relationship they form with patients is lovely and they are everything you would want in a clinical setting. So I would recommend Mark, but probably not teeth in line because my experience is so mixed.

Everyone was lovely
Staff were really friendly and helpful and made my daughter feel that the appointment was all about her. They didn't talk to me (mum) they engaged with her and talked to her about how she felt and what it was all about. She feels totally relaxed about having treatment there everyone was lovely .

Our visits have been scheduled with clear notification, including reminders via text, which are very useful in today's dynamic lives. The clinic itself is very clean and crisp with hygiene, second to none. The staff, from reception to dental juniors and technicians are welcoming and always ready with answers to any queries.
