My experience

I had to come back to have an issue sorted out. I just turned up with no appointment as was in pain. They popped me in to see someone straight away.

My experience

Your receptionists, one in particular is very rude. She lacks patience. Your dentists aren’t that communicative either given that the service is provided and paid for by the government and I expect everyone to be courteous just the way I would be to my customers. The way the receptionist spoke to my son was awful and she must not forget that she is not the parent and hence I give her no right to do so. I hope this will be investigated.

Thank you for reviewing your recent visit to Teethinline. We are sorry to hear you found the parking spaces insufficient. We share the car park with other retailers in the courtyard at Oldbrook but there are further free spaces at the rear of our premises, just a 2 minute walk from our door. Please feel free to use these if you find the front car park too full at future visits.

My experience

I wasn’t given much information as to my son’s treatment. We were referred from our own dentist with the worry of over crowding teeth in my sons bottom jaw. We weren’t made aware of what possible treatment he could have. That was the point of our appointment. We were just advised to get his teeth cleaned. No information beyond that was given. I left feeling disappointed and confused.
