I'd like to add to the review I wrote about the practise few days ago.
The review can be found below and I leave it as it was written.
However, my opinion about the practice administration has now undergone 180 degree change. When I visited the practise in person to discuss the situation, the practise manager has handled it IMPECCABLY - with COURTESY and EFFICIENCY.

I can't say anything negative about the doctors themselves, but the administration of the practise is very disappointing.
My son has missed his appointment -( no doubt not a great thing to do!). We received a letter asking to rearrange an appointment; I emailed the practise - have not received a reply. When I phoned them again to try and re-arrange an appointment by phone I was told that his file is closed.
I do realise that my son and I are not without blame. But given that his is going through his GSCEs and I work full-time, I have to say that we have been uncharacteristically unpunctual for a reason that other parents might understand. I would have thought that closing a file and not even attempting to resolve the situation in some way is a bit harsh. Add to this the way in which the receptionist talked to me - no attempt at simple courtesy whatsoever - and it makes me think that we are better off going to some other practise,
