Very gentle and professional

The orthodontist was very gentle and professional. She continued to check that my son was okay all through the procedure and took time to explain everything relating to the care of the braces.

Thanks for your review and rating. We appreciate you are a bit disappointed with our appointment booking. We generally offer routine appointments between 6-12 weeks depending on individual treatment needs. We do however experience a slightly longer wait than normal due to to staff holidays at this time of year which we hope you understand. Please be assured it will not affect treatment. If you do have any treatment concerns, you can of course get back in touch and we will be very happy to review your needs. Thanks again for your feedback, we do appreciate it.

The reception staff and orthodontists were so nice and welcoming as well as this my teeth look so great now, I’m so happy with how much they improved!
