Have taken Covid very seriously, which is great.
Patients being treated in front of people as trying to get as many beds in as possible has put my daughter off.
Told more teeth extraction would be necessary for a brace. ?
Offered to be put on waiting list whilst we thought about it.
My reviews are very mixed about this facility sorry.

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the timeframes we work with. NHS funding for orthodontic treatment is limited and we can only commence treatment with the funding we have available to us. Our NHS treatment waiting list is currently around 12 month. We do offer a range of self funded options for anyone not wanting to wait. Please let us know if you would information about this. Alternatively we will be back n touch as soon as we are able to commence treatment.

Not happy with the service. My tooth was extracted 15 days ago and my gums were severely damaged in the procedure, it’s still not healed.
