Dr Tobin has been amazing all the way through my treatment, such a great knowledgeable orthodontist!!!
In the past I used to be really nervous with dental appointments, however the wonderful team at Teeth in Line have completely changed my mindset and have been there to reassure me when needed.
I would highly recommend ALL the team at Teeth In Line.
BEST decision I made and I am glad I took the plunge to straighten my teeth! :D

Being reassured by the dental nurse.
My daughter would have benefited greatly from a ‘social story’ of each appointment. For example, the brace fitting and brace check up. We had no idea what each appointment would entail as the leaflets summarised the whole experience. Check out the free twinkl app or widgetsonline...you could easily create step by step cartoon summaries for anxious patients.

Very hostile and rude receptionist. Was told I shouldn’t be coming upstairs with my son (he has anxiety and wanted me to accompany him) as it was very busy and no chairs to sit on - came upstairs to find a totally empty waiting room?! She then snapped at me about sanitising my hands when I had already done so. Previous 2 visits have been fine with friendly staff!

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your recent visit to us. In line with COVID19 guidance we have to reduce the footfall in the clinics for both patient and staff safety. This is why our team will ask you if is it completely necessary for you to accompany your child in surgery. We appreciate it is different to pre-Covid but it is a necessary safety precaution along with the use of hand sanitizer and wearing a mask when you come to see us.
