Appointment felt very rushed - Specialist did not communicate with my son very well - and was to be honest quite short mannered with him, also did not seem to want to answer questions. Maybe you should check the medical forms that are filled in to see if patients have any special requirements.On a better note the female assistant was very polite and attentive!

Our experience was terrible and I didn’t expect to see an orthodontist who has no empathy, understanding and knowledge on how to deal with parents and children. Mohit chand was the guy who first called me a dictator and later on he pointed out how I’m forcing him to keep nhs funded child to treat. He was extremely rude. He made my child nervous and very upset. It is very difficult to make him understand what is needed to be done, he takes things offensive. In my opinion he needs a proper training on how to speak to clients no matter if they are from nhs or private. And if you hire unprofessional people like Mohit Chand then very soon you’ll known why your business is not making any progress. His attitude and irrelevant unnecessary speech has proven he lacks experience with real people.
I’ve informed my dentist about Teeth in Line experience so he knows where he’s sending his patients. As well as I’m writing on social media to alert others. I’ve removed both of my children from getting referred to teeth in line. Good luck!

Invisalign very good procedure

The treatment coordinator specialist made me feel very relaxed and explained the procedure very well.

She had also taken me through what I need to do going further and how to care for my Invisalign.
