Dental staff are kind and professional. However booking the next appointment at the desk prior to leaving seems to be a big problem for one particular receptionist, and on more than one occasion. It’s a shame as there is absolutely no need for such a rude attitude.
Others, particularly Manuela De Silva are so incredibly lovely and helpful when changing appointments etc, so assume it’s just one staff member with a bad attitude or lack of training who spoils the overall experience.

Braces appointment
I went to go and get my braces tightened since the wire was completely poking my cheek for the past few weeks. They had to replace a few brackets because of the glue work and the drilling was intense and I felt the drill fall under my teeth a few times, left a weird, rough, dry feeling on my tooth afterwards

Kind and patient with nervous teenager
Dentist was kind and patient with my teenage autistic daughter who hates the dentist. She asked about her sensory issues and did everything possible to put her at ease.

I took my son to the orthodontist today for a check-up on his braces, and the experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and made both of us feel at ease. The appointment started on time, which we really appreciated.
The orthodontist (Mark) was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain how everything was progressing with my son's braces. They answered all our questions patiently and gave helpful tips for better care and hygiene. My son felt comfortable throughout the visit, which speaks volumes about the professionalism and approach of the team.
The office was clean, organised, and had a calm, kid-friendly atmosphere. Overall, it was a very smooth and positive experience, and I’m confident my son is receiving great care.
Highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for quality orthodontic care!

The professionals, and I say that with the utmost respect as they are all so professional and incredibly talented at what they do, have been looking after my daughters teeth for the past 18 months. The efficiency of all the departments is something that should be taught! They are so swift with everything they do, from getting appointments sent to you after your visit to hardly anytime waiting in the waiting room and the appointment itself. Everyone has a job and they do it incredibly well. The staff are all very friendly, approachable and as I said super professional and very skilled. Absolutely brilliant orthodontists
My son had absolutely terrible teeth - far from being teeth in-line, they were teeth very much out-of-line but luckily for us a friend recommended us to Teeth-in-Line in Milton Keynes. The practice is run so well, they put him at ease and each orthodontist we saw was equally professional and brilliant. They didn't flinch when he lost a pair of retainers, or didn't get on with one part of the treatment, just smiled and adapted and encouraged him.
The end result is that we are thrilled with the treatment our son received and the end result, and can highly recommend Teeth-in-Line!
