Recent Experience

Sadly what stood out for me is how my daughter and I were treated regarding our exemptions to wearing a face covering of any sort.
We were made to feel guilty because we are unable to wear them and was told how we would be spreading infection to others and how we need to protect others around us.
We are not able to wear face coverings, this isn’t through our choice but our bodies choice of not being able to do it, and we are the vulnerable ones if anything as we aren’t able to do what others do.
Also to point out that if someone says they are exempt then it is advised as per the government website to not question the person anymore about this, or to make them feel intimidated.
Once we were in the to see the orthodontist, she was lovely, friendly and kind and put my nervous daughter at ease.
Sadly I can’t say the same for the lady who questioned us over the intercom system.

Felt really safe

Super organised in every way but specially with COVID protocols, felt really safe taking my daughter for her orthodontic treatment & check up.

Service was brilliant. The process of the treatment was explained very well at each stage.
Love the end result.
Amazing technology used to straighten them without the use of silver braces.

The orthodontist was very patient with my son and explained everything about his potential treatment very thoroughly to enable me to make an informed choice.

Kept well informed of all treatment

As always, staff were polite and efficient. Orthodontist was very calm and friendlly which helps my daughter deal with the anxiety of the visit. Kept well informed of all treatment.
