Recent Experience
The treatment overall is good - it would be helpful if the orthodontist would discuss how the treatment is going and overall timelines. This has not been discussed. In addition my son has been on the waiting list for sometime and I phoned to get an update on when he might be seen as he will probably need teeth extractions before braces. I also said that he is struggling because his teeth are making his gums rub because of their positing. The dentist has said he cannot help. All I wanted was an appt to try and sort this out and I was very abruptly told to wait my turn, and it will be two years until he is seen and the phone put down on me.
Not very helpful - I know there is a backlog because of Covid and I know we are all dealing with changes. I don’t think you would have tolerated me speaking to you like that.
