Been with Teeth In Line for over 4 years now. Excellent from start to finish. Can not fault them with anything. I recommend Teeth In Line to everyone. Only disappointment is that I've been discharged and won't see Mark, Gemma, Debbie and all the team on such a regular basis. ☹

Really happy with my experience
I felt very reassured by Katie. She was extremely quick at replying to my messages and getting my mouth scan assessed. She was very thorough explaining what she does and it didn’t feel rushed or anything. I’m really happy with my experience!

Update August 2023. Today my brace was removed and my teeth are perfect, I am absolutely delighted! I would recommend Teeth In Line without hesitation, thank you for such wonderful care.
Superb service as usual at Teeth-in-Line. Such friendly and helpful people, always happy to help. I've had my braces for about 16 months now, and I just can't fault Teeth-in-Line. I'm 45 and delayed and delayed getting my teeth sorted, but wish I had done it sooner!

Recent Experience
I was late due to missing a turn and went to the M1. But when i called the reception they were nice and ask how long do I think l will get there. Which was about 20mins. After 10mins they called to check if we were alright and how long have we got to get there. Their patience and tolerance and understanding stood out.

My boy confused the time he should have left school with the appointment time, making us hopelessly late.
A new appointment was immediately arranged for the next day. Even though TIL had sickness absence in their ranks. Brilliantly adept company.

My son had an appointment this week for his braces they explained everything to him, so it was his choice and we are booked in for a few weeks time.
We have been under the practice for a while as he had a cross bite and had one brace to fix this. He is now hopefully only looking at a top brace as his bottom teeth are great.
The practice was clean and everyone was very friendly
