**EDIT We have been and spoken to the practice and have had the reasons explained in more detail. We are currently deciding on a plan going forward. Thank you for helping us to understand things.**

Started out great. As my daughters treatment on it went downhill. Braces fitted in Oct of 2017 with a 3 to 4 year treatment plan. Removed after 17 months of having a full set, due apparently to her medical conditions...which would hinder her keeping her teeth free from staining, even though her normal dentist was absolutely satisfied with her level of brushing. She was meant to have surgery and bands, this never happened. Wires kept snapping and were not replaced with thicker ones. Brackets kept falling off and were not replaced properly. Trainee put first set of braces on and used so much glue it was hard to brush around the brackets. Bands kept snapping and it felt like we were constantly asking for something to be fixed. She has had multiple sets of retainers as they have been ill fitting and they were very reluctant to replace them at first. Second set of retainers were also very ill fitting, were to big, and we weren't sure if they were even her mould because they just fell out during the night. Retainers are no longer doing their job properly as they just bend in her mouth and her teeth have moved significantly, to the point where one tooth, which was due to be pulled in accordance with the treatment plan, is back in the same place it was at the start of her treatment, and her teeth are hurting again. She never had the bands fitted to fix her cross bite, which is causing chewing issues. We have been told by them that since she has had them taken off, she is not entitled to any more NHS treatment, unless it's because of accident trauma or second referral, but my daughters treatment plan was incomplete, so we will now have to go and plead our case to our regular dentist, in the hopes of another referral to another othodonist, as we both do not want the treatment from Teeth In-Line again.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. My daughter always felt comfortable going, even when she had to go on her own. She was made to feel special. Treatment was great and she’s a happy smiley girl.

Friendly and put my child at ease even though she is quite worried about issues with her teeth.

Good customer service, my daughter didn’t wait for long she was seen immediately. But her last appointment she wasn’t seen on time because there were people ahead of her who were running late. So had to wait for them to be seen this ended up in her been there for longer. This is the only downside especially when she was going back to school

My son is so happy,he had is braces removed this morning teeth looking amazing.
