Seen as soon as I arrived

There was no problem in restarting my treatment which I stopped two years ago due to illness. The technician was very capable and pleasant. I was seen as soon as I arrived. COVID precautions appeared excellent.

I was the only patient there. I could see Teeth in Line taking the govt guidelines in distancing measures very seriously. All staff were following protocols to keep the practice safe.

Appointment

We've always had fantastic friendly service but on this occasion when we switched the booking from today to earlier in the week, the team had no record of the new appointment when my daughter arrived. Fortunately they squeezed her in after a half hour wait, during which she found the email confirming the new appointment, although this too was not exactly the same time as we'd been told on the phone. We'd previously left 2 messages on the answerphone asking to move the appointment, neither of which were returned. A blip on normally exceptional standards and lovely staff.
