Exceptional continuity of service
My return visit highlighted the exceptional continuity of service and professionalism from all the members of this practice.
In light of the current pandemic the staff showed that there additional policy's on top of the government's health guidelines took the hygiene levels to a whole new level. Well done.

Today, after a 2 year and 8 day treatment plan my daughter has had her braces taken off and to say she and I are delighted is an understatement!
Our experience at Teeth-in-Line during this time has always been fantastic, the staff are friendly, polite and caring and we would particularly like to say a huge thank you to Dr Passan and her team for their fantastic work in creating the most perfect smile we could have hoped for :)

Always a good welcome
Always a good welcome by staff at front desk, nothing is too much trouble and the dental nurses are always friendly and pleasant and explain things and reassure you if uncertain.. Wish they did NHS ADULT SVC as well and it just private.. As I would swap in a heart beat.
