Welcoming and helpful

All the staff are welcoming and helpful. My daughter was a little nervous but the orthodontist was great with her and made her feel involved in the decision making process.

Communication was clear and friendly.

It was a very good experience. Reception was very friendly. The orthodontist put our daughter at ease from the start. Communication was clear and friendly. We liked the team approach with us all having a input into the potential treatment. Thank you all.

Made my daughter feel at ease

Good service. Lovely staff especially the receptionists who made my daughter feel at ease straight away. She was nervous about having her brace fitted and they talked her through it even before seeing the dentist.
