Dental appointment

The lady we saw was clearly not interested in my son's dire case probably because we are on the NHS. She rather tried to discharge him than to find a way for him to access the treatment he qualified for. Rather solve the issue than publishing a comment

Thank you for your feedback - It is a shame that you felt our clinician was dis-interested in treating your son as this was not our intention at all. Our team have to be 100% sure that patients meet all the criteria set by NHS England for NHS funded orthodontic treatment. It is our duty to discuss our findings and offer all options available to you/your son. Unfortunately at the time of his assessment your son did not fully meet the NHS criteria but we look forward to his re-visit and hope at that time, he is able to progress into treatment. Excellent care

All staff are consistently polite and professional - from arrival with reception through to the dentists and assistants. It's always an easy visit and the care given to the 'child' is excellent. Glad you are all dealing with my daughter.

It is a lovely clinic

It is a lovely clinic with an ambient atmosphere. The staff are lovely with always a smile on their faces and always willing to help out and I'm completely satisfied with how the treatment is going.

I have always found all the staff to be extremely friendly, helpful and professional throughout the treatment and it's very refreshing to find this. I will actually miss seeing everyone now that the treatment is complete.

Recent appointment

We waited for a while to see the Consultant and then we were told that she was still busy and that we were to see another consultant, why they took so long to decide about that was the problem. When we saw the alternative Consultant eventually she noticed a tiny gap in the front teeth when she compared the final pictures, but she advised my daughter has now been discharged! If the tiny gap continues to become prominent, I will have to bring Joanna back for review, O sincerely hope it will correct itself though. We were only two patients at that time therefore waiting for over half an hour was most unpleasant. The reception staff were really nice and were trying to reassure us that it won't be that long but it was.
