So friendly and welcoming

My son suffers with Anxiety, he doesn't like going to places he doesn't know with people he doesn't know. The staff at Teeth in Line were so friendly and welcoming that he didn't mind going back the second time. Thank you all so much.

Recent dental appointment

My child's appointment was 2.15pm but was 5mins late due to road works. She was seen at 4.15pm same day which was 2 hours later. I couldn't believe it.

We are sorry that you are disappointed with the service you received on your last visit, and appreciate that a lot of patients were experiencing difficulties arriving on time due to local road works. We endeavour to see all such patients the same day, but it will sometimes result in a longer than normal wait. Unfortunately, your child had completely missed her appointment "slot" but agreed to sit and wait to be seen rather than reschedule for another date.
We appreciate all feedback but we hope you understand that some things are beyond all of our control.
