Teeth in Line

At the beginning braces hurt for a few days and then you don't feel the pain, when you get them tightened they hurt for a day.

Teeth in Line

We paid for full package price for braces for child. When I called practice for repair, I been given appointment in 2 months time for after school time.Or the child need to be taken away from school for the day for quicker appointment, which is not practical during school exam times.

Unfortunately Practice is not accomodative.

Thanks for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear you find us not accommodating in terms of appointments. We do offer emergency/problem appointments daily which are reserved specifically for this purpose. We cannot guarantee that an emergency appointment will be available outside of school hours as they are allocated on a first come/first served basis. However I understand that we have offered you various appointments both during school hours and after school which you have declined which is why you have a routine appointment in 2 months time. If the problem needs looking at with some urgency, which is our preference, we would strongly suggest you consider accepting an appointment sooner so that we can resolve the issue for you. Please give us a call so that we can look at this again for you.
