Very, very pleased

Visited Moody Dental Practice today expecting the need for an extraction but over the moon as the tooth was able to be saved by the expertise of the dental practitioner. Very, very pleased with the treatment received.

Well organised and prompt

Very effective, efficient and friendly. All procedures were well explained and choices were presented and reviewed. The administrative side of the practice is well organised and prompt.

Always made me feel relaxed

The staff are always very polite and professional, I have always been afraid of going to the dentist but Paul has always made me feel relaxed and that I am in good hands.

My experience

Roxanne and Tom couldn’t have been better!!
However, I arrived at 11:20 for my 11:30 appointment, I was seen at 11:50 and then again at 12:15. I left at 12:30.
Whilst I appreciate appointments can overrun, I was in the dentists for 1hr 10 mins which I think is slightly excessive

Moody Terrace Dental Practice - My experience

Lovely staff but expensive - £150 for a simple check up and hygiene visit, 20 mins with clinicians. Hygiene has gone up by nearly 25% since last visit 6 months ago.

Made to feel really relaxed

I was very nervous about a treatment I haven’t had done before. It was explained to me really clearly and it never felt rushed. I was made to feel really relaxed and reassured.

Reassuring experience

I was very happy with my recent visit. It was easy to talk to the dentist, (Robin), who listened to what I told him and I felt reassured that he was focussed on my keeping as many of my teeth as possible for as long as possible rather than wanting to extract and replace them.

All good and positive! I have no desire to go anywhere else as the service is always excellent and the torture 🤣🦷🛠️is kept to an absolute minimum (only kidding, there isn’t any😁)!
The hygienist I saw was quite formidable but delightful when I found out that she had a problem with cakes and sweet things, she melted when I said wonderful sugar kept her and probably the entire profession in work😉! 10/10.
